In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, Guido Mondani Editore & Associated S.r.l., with registered office at (16149) Genova (GE), Via Antonio Cantore 42/4, VAT number 01268290101, informs stakeholders about the purposes and methods for processing personal data, the extent of its communication and circulation, as well as what it is used for.

PURPOSE

Identification and accounting information collected from interested parties and related to third parties is processed and used directly to follow up requests made by the person concerned, as well as to fulfil obligations arising from the contractual relationship that may be established with the person concerned. The data may also be used, subject to consent, for information purposes and for sales promotions and direct marketing concerning the activities and services offered by the website owner and the trading partners with which the company has established appropriate contractual arrangements governing this aspect, as well as for the instrumental purposes of the above parties, such as for the registration, organisation and storage of data gathered for processing.

PROCESSING METHOD

The data is processed on paper and by computer by persons who are specially trained. The data is stored in print format and on digital files to fully guarantee the minimum security measures provided for by law.

COMMUNICATION AND CIRCULATION

Personal data collected will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with any third party other than the holder, managers and officers without the express consent of the person concerned, subject to notices from authorised third parties (who have a duty to keep the data as confidential or the data processors described in Article 29 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 with its amendments and additions). More specifically, data may be communicated to company helpdesks and accountancy and taxation consultants, as well as cruise lines and airlines, insurance companies, business partners and other carriers or service companies where transmission is necessary to comply with the requirements of the person concerned and to comply with obligations that arise from the contractual relationship established with the person concerned. In any case the data will be processed by authorised third parties, in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness and the provisions of law. We also hereby inform the interested party that, in the event there is a contractual relationship, the data processed by the holder may be transferred abroad for the proper compliance with the contract obligations and with respect and in compliance with Article 42 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 with its amendments and additions.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party can enforce his/her rights in accordance with Article 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 by contacting the owner of the data processed by email at info@collezionareorologi.it. In particular, in accordance with Article 7 the person concerned can obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and of its communication in intelligible form. The interested party has the right to be informed of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) processing purposes and procedures; c) the logic applied if digitally processed; d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative appointed under Article 5, Paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be sent or who may come to know of it as the designated representative in Italian territory, managers or agents. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) any update, rectification or integration of the data, where applicable; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data that is illegally processed, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that notice has been given of the operations in letters a) and b) as well as their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or is manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party has the right to oppose the above, or any part thereof: a) for legitimate reasons regarding the processing of his/her personal data, even if it is pertinent to the purpose for which it was gathered; b) the personal data is processed for purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for market research or commercial communication.

STORAGE TIMES

Except pursuant to contractual terms that may apply, the data will be stored in compliance with legal requirements and especially those referring to the rules on accounting and taxation, the collected data is kept for the time necessary to interact with the interested party, to release information and to give feedback to requests concerning the services offered by the company, and in any event within two years of registration. In the event the interested party agrees to the sending of commercial communications and direct marketing activity, the data will be kept for no longer than two years, unless otherwise specified by the interested party.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND CONSENT

Providing data is optional and subject to the desire of the person who wishes to request information and undertake negotiations with the data controller. Failure to supply data may make it impossible to comply with requests.
Pursuant to Article 24, Paragraph 1b of Legislative Decree 196/2003 consent to process the data is not required since the data is collected and processed to fulfil direct requests from the interested party before and in order to initiate commercial and contractual relationships. Consent is not required to process data that results from any contract relationship that may be established with the data subject, including processing methodologies and revealing the data to third parties as required to implement obligations. Consent however is required to process data for promotional and marketing communications and direct marketing concerning the activities and services offered by the site owner and commercial partners. Failure to consent does not affect the main purpose indicated in this statement. The provision of data is optional, however the refusal to respond will make it impossible for the holder to initiate requests for the newsletter and inclusion in the mailing list.

CONSENT

Pursuant to Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, I hereby consent to the processing of the data which is necessary that is gathered by previous contract arrangements for sending newsletters concerning commercial and promotional communications regarding the activities and services offered by the site owner and trade partners, including the forms used to process and communicate the data to third parties. This consent is freely given by marking the box "I have read the statement and I consent."
